Colorado,
Craig Westberg was arrested for
driving under the influence of sleeping pills and
causing an accident.  Westberg has pleaded not
guilty to the charges from October of 2007, and a
trial has been set for May 19, 2008.
In 1978, Westberg was arrested twice for drunken driving. On one
of those occasion he hit a horse with his car and served fifteen
days in jail.  He was serving as district attorney in Durango at the
time.

was arrested for DUI.  He was sentenced to a
diversion agreement where the charge was
dismissed at the end of a year if he isn't involved

conduct in the incident.

Austin).  Krusee has been an advocate
